Returns & Exchanges

At Jasnoora Boutique, we take great care to ensure every piece is made and packaged beautifully.
If, however, you experience an issue with your order, please review the policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Custom or stitched orders

    • Final sale or discounted items

    • Accessories (including jewellery and bags)

    • Items showing signs of wear or alteration


2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only offered for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund if the remaining total falls below the free-shipping threshold.


3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing, as garments are stitched to order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please email returns@jasnoora.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue
    Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement, credit, or refund.


5. Return Process

  1. Contact us: Email returns@jasnoora.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval: We’ll confirm eligibility and share the return address.

  3. Shipping: Customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  4. Confirmation: You’ll be notified once your refund or replacement is processed.


6. Legal Rights

This policy operates alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand) and relevant consumer laws in your country.
If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement.
