By accessing our website and placing an order with Jasnoora, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or making a purchase.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our website.
1. General
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or that you are using the website with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect once published. Your continued use of the website after any updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2. Our Collections
Jasnoora offers two main types of products:
Ready-Made Edit
Our Ready-Made Edit includes curated ethnicwear pieces sourced from suppliers and shipped from Punjab, India. These pieces may be ready-made, semi-stitched, unstitched, free size, or prepared according to the size or style selected at checkout.
Availability may depend on our supplier’s current stock at the time your order is processed.
Made For You
Our Made For You collection includes Jasnoora’s sketch-led designs, custom stitched to the measurements and design details provided by the customer.
These pieces are made to order and may include custom colour, fabric, embroidery, neckline, sleeve length, kameez length, fit preference, and other design adjustments where available.
3. Products and Orders
We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, fabric, embroidery, embellishment, finish and overall appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, fabric availability, supplier batches, handwork, tailoring and production processes.
All prices are shown on our website and may be updated at any time without notice. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes, customs duties or import fees are calculated separately where relevant.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- product or fabric unavailability
- supplier stock changes
- payment issues
- pricing or listing errors
- incomplete or unclear order details
- suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
If an order is cancelled by Jasnoora after payment has been received, any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method.
4. Product Information
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, sizing details and images are as accurate as possible. However, minor variations may occur, particularly with colour, fabric texture, embroidery, embellishment placement, border style, motif placement and finishing.
Product descriptions will specify whether an item is part of our Ready-Made Edit or Made For You collection, where applicable.
Accessories shown in product images are for display and styling purposes only and are not included unless specifically stated.
Customers are responsible for reading the full product description, sizing information, delivery information and any customisation notes before placing an order.
5. Ready-Made Edit Terms
Ready-Made Edit items are curated pieces sourced from our suppliers. These items may be listed on our website before supplier stock is fully confirmed.
If a Ready-Made Edit item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you with the option of:
- an alternative item
- a different available size or colour
- a refund to the original payment method
Ready-Made Edit items may vary slightly from product images due to photography, lighting, supplier production batches, fabric differences, embroidery placement or finishing.
Where an item is listed as ready-made, semi-stitched, unstitched, free size, or prepared according to a selected size, it is the customer’s responsibility to read the product description carefully before ordering.
6. Made For You Terms
Made For You pieces are custom stitched after your order details, measurements and design preferences are confirmed.
The images, sketches, model references and design boards shown for Made For You products are concept and reference images only. They are intended to help you visualise the design, but they are not a guarantee that the finished outfit will look exactly the same.
Your finished piece will be made based on:
- your submitted measurements
- your selected or requested colour
- your confirmed design preferences
- available fabrics, trims, borders and embroidery options
- practical tailoring requirements
- supplier and material availability
Because each Made For You piece is individually made, slight variations may occur in colour, fabric, embroidery, border style, motif placement, sleeve finish, dupatta finish, overall fall and final appearance.
We will do our best to keep the final piece close to the original design concept while allowing for fabric availability, tailoring requirements and your requested customisations.
Any major customisation, premium fabric, heavier embroidery, additional embellishment or design change may involve an additional charge. We will confirm any additional cost with you before stitching begins.
Once fabric has been purchased, materials have been sourced, or stitching has started, Made For You orders cannot be cancelled for change of mind.
7. Measurements, Sizing and Fit
For Ready-Made Edit items, garments are generally listed using Indian sizing or supplier-provided size information. Customers are responsible for reviewing the relevant size information before placing an order.
For Made For You items, the outfit is stitched according to the measurements provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting accurate, complete and clear measurements.
Jasnoora is not responsible for fit issues caused by:
- incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- unclear measurement instructions from the customer
- measuring over bulky or loose clothing
- changes in the customer’s body size after measurements are submitted
- selecting the wrong size
- personal fit preferences that were not communicated before stitching
Because body shape and personal fit preference can vary, minor local alterations may still be required after delivery.

8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from Punjab, India.
Estimated processing, stitching, dispatch and delivery timeframes are provided for general guidance only. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Ready-Made Edit and Made For You items may have different processing times. Made For You items generally require additional time for measurement confirmation, fabric sourcing, stitching, finishing and packing.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, couriers, supplier delays, tailoring delays, peak shipping periods, public holidays, weather events, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Jasnoora is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent by email where available.
If you need your outfit for a specific event, please contact us before ordering so we can advise whether the timeframe is realistic.
9. Customs, Duties and Import Charges
As orders are shipped internationally, they may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local handling fees or other charges depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless specifically stated.
By placing an order, you agree that you are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, import charges or related fees that may apply in your country.
Jasnoora is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Our Returns & Exchanges policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, personal fit preference, event cancellation, colour preference changes, or minor differences from product images, sketches or reference images.
Ready-Made Edit
Ready-Made Edit items may only be returned or exchanged where approved under our Returns & Exchanges policy, or where required by applicable law.
Any approved return or exchange must be requested within the timeframe stated in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, free from fragrance or marks, and returned with any original packaging where applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Made For You
Made For You items are custom stitched to the customer’s submitted measurements and confirmed design details. For this reason, Made For You items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect measurements, personal fit preference, or minor design differences from the sketch or reference images.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos and a clear description of the issue.
Where a return, repair, replacement or refund is required under applicable consumer law, we will comply with our legal obligations.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
11. Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you believe your item has arrived faulty, incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@jasnoora.com.
Please include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the packaging, if damaged
- a description of the issue
We will review the issue and advise the next steps.
Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
12. Cancellations and Order Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change to your order.
For Ready-Made Edit items, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once the item has been sourced, processed, packed or dispatched.
For Made For You items, cancellations or changes may not be possible once fabric has been purchased, materials have been sourced, or stitching has started.
We may allow minor changes at our discretion where production has not yet started.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, branding, graphics, logos, product descriptions, sketches, design concepts, design names, layout and visual elements, is the property of Jasnoora or used with appropriate permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, recreate, sell, or otherwise use any content, images, sketches or design concepts from this website without prior written permission.
14. Acceptable Use
By using this website, you agree not to:

engage in unlawful, fraudulent or misleading conduct

submit false information

interfere with the operation or security of the website

upload malicious code, viruses or harmful material

use bots, scrapers or automated systems to access or extract data from the website without permission

misuse our images, designs, sketches, branding or written content
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where misuse is suspected.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jasnoora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, products or services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jasnoora, its owners, affiliates, suppliers, tailors, shipping partners and service providers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your misuse of the website, or incorrect information provided by you in relation to an order.
17. Privacy
Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of New Zealand, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
