Where Orders Ship From
All Jasnoora orders are shipped from Punjab, India.
Our Product Types
Jasnoora offers two main types of products:
Ready-Made Edit
Ready-Made Edit items are curated ethnicwear pieces sourced from our suppliers. These may include ready-made, semi-stitched, unstitched, free size, or size-selected pieces.
Made For You
Made For You items are custom stitched to your submitted measurements and confirmed design details. These pieces require additional time for measurement confirmation, fabric sourcing, stitching, finishing and packing.
Order Processing
All Jasnoora orders are carefully prepared before dispatch.
Ready-Made Edit Processing Time
Ready-Made Edit orders are usually processed within approximately 7–10 business days before shipment.
Processing times may vary depending on supplier availability, order volume, peak periods, public holidays or delays outside our control.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with the option of an alternative item, different available size or colour, or a refund.
Made For You Processing Time
Made For You orders are stitched after your measurements and design details are confirmed.
Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for measurement confirmation, fabric sourcing, stitching, finishing and dispatch.
This timeframe may vary depending on the design, fabric availability, embroidery details, customisation requests, tailor workload, public holidays or other delays outside our control.
If you need your outfit for a specific event, please message us before ordering so we can let you know whether the timeframe is realistic.

Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows only and are not guaranteed.
Total Estimated Timeframe
Your total order timeframe includes both:
- processing, sourcing or stitching time; and
- delivery time after dispatch.
For example, a Made For You order may take approximately 2–4 weeks before dispatch, plus the estimated delivery time for your country.
Please order early if you need your outfit for a wedding, party, religious event, photoshoot or special occasion.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
If you have not received tracking details within the expected processing timeframe, please contact us at info@jasnoora.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
As all orders are shipped internationally from Punjab, India, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local handling fees or other charges depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are:
- not included in product prices
- not included in the shipping fee
- the responsibility of the customer
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.
Jasnoora is not responsible for customs charges or delays caused by customs processing.
Delivery Delays
While we always aim to process and ship orders as smoothly as possible, delays can sometimes occur due to:
- customs clearance
- courier disruptions
- supplier delays
- tailoring delays
- high shipping volumes
- public holidays
- weather events
- factors outside our control
We appreciate your patience and understanding if this happens.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Jasnoora is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed or Returned Parcels
If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost in transit or returned to sender, please contact us at info@jasnoora.com and we will do our best to assist.
Please note that courier investigations can take time, and we may need to wait for an update from the courier before confirming the next steps.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on availability, processing time and whether your order includes both Ready-Made Edit and Made For You items.
If we need to split your shipment, we will contact you where relevant.
Free Shipping
We do not currently offer free shipping.
