How It Works
At Jasnoora, you can shop in two ways: choose from our curated Ready-Made Edit, or order a custom stitched piece from our Made For You collection.
Here’s how each process works.
Ready-Made Edit
Our Ready-Made Edit includes curated ethnicwear pieces available to order through Jasnoora.
1. Browse the collection
Choose the outfit you love and check the product description, size details, colour, inclusions and delivery information before ordering.
2. Place your order
Add your selected item to cart and complete checkout.
3. Order confirmation
Once your order is received, we will begin preparing your item. If there is any issue with availability, size or colour, we will contact you with the next available options.
4. Dispatch and delivery
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Tracking details will be sent where available.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, public holidays or other factors outside our control.
Made For You
Our Made For You collection features Jasnoora’s sketch-led designs, custom stitched to your measurements and preferences.
You can either place your order directly through the website or message/email us first if you are interested in a design and would like help before ordering.
1. Choose your design
Browse our Made For You collection and choose the design you are interested in.
Each design is based on a Jasnoora sketch or concept image. These images are used as a design reference to show the overall look and feel of the outfit.
2. Place your order or contact us
You can place your order through the website, or contact us first if you would like to discuss the design, colours, fabric, embroidery or sizing before ordering.
If payment has not already been made through checkout, payment will be required before stitching begins.
3. Complete your custom order form
After your order or enquiry is received, we will send you a custom order form to complete.
This form may ask for:
- colour preference
- fabric or material preference
- embroidery preference
- sleeve length
- neckline preference
- kameez length
- fit preference
- any other design notes
- your custom measurements
The form will also include a measurement guide to help you take your measurements clearly and confidently at home.
4. We review your details
Once you send the form back, we will review the information provided and contact you if anything appears missing or unclear.
Please note that your outfit will be stitched according to the measurements and details you provide, so it is important to check everything carefully before submitting the form.
5. Payment confirmation
If payment has not already been completed at checkout, we will confirm the final price and payment details with you.
Stitching will only begin once payment has cleared and your order details have been confirmed.
6. Stitching begins
Your outfit will then be custom stitched according to your submitted measurements, selected preferences and the overall design concept.
As each piece is made individually, slight variations may occur in colour, fabric, embroidery, border style, motif placement and final finish depending on material availability and tailoring requirements.
7. Final preparation and dispatch
Once your outfit is complete, it will be checked, packed and prepared for shipping.
Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched, where available.
Important Notes
Made For You pieces are custom stitched and made specifically for your order. Because of this, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect measurements, personal fit preference, or minor differences from the reference images.
If you are unsure about anything before ordering, please message us first. We are happy to help with sizing, measurements, colours and design details so you feel more confident before placing your order.
