Returns & Exchanges

At Jasnoora, we take great care in preparing every order. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept approved returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • unworn
  • unused
  • unwashed
  • returned in their original packaging
  • with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • stitched, custom-sized, or personalised orders
  • sale or discounted items
  • accessories, including jewellery and bags
  • items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

Refunds

Refunds are only issued where an item is:

  • faulty
  • damaged
  • or incorrectly sent

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note:

  • original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection, as many garments are made or prepared according to the size chosen when ordering.

We strongly recommend reviewing the Size Guide before placing your order. If you need help before purchasing, please contact us at info@jasnoora.com.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@jasnoora.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will advise the next steps and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact us
Email returns@jasnoora.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Wait for approval
If your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

3. Send the item back
Approved returns must be sent back in accordance with the instructions provided.

4. Inspection and outcome
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email.

Consumer Rights

This policy operates alongside your rights under applicable consumer laws.

If an item is faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy in accordance with the relevant laws that apply to your purchase.
